Or a species that was acclimated to India’s stronger gravity, grown in a place with less.
Even at the top of Mount Everest gravity is only 9.77 m/s^2 as compared to 9.81 m/s^2 at sea level. I doubt it would have a noticeable effect.

Then you find out the effects no gravity has on a plant that evolved with it. Pretty sure they’ve planted seeds in 0g and they couldn’t germinate “up”. Gravity plays a role in how they develop.
Some spin grav during the first stages life. 0g when they get too massive
Might be easier to just gently spin them on Earth after germination to help spread the weight evenly as it grows.
