Lawyers for Donald Trump are engaged in talks with the IRS to resolve a $10 billion lawsuit the president filed against his own tax collection agency over the leak of his tax information to news outlets between 2018 and 2020.
In a federal court filing Friday, Trump asks a judge to pause the case for 90 days while the two sides work to reach a settlement or resolution.
Tax and ethics experts say the lawsuit raises a plethora of legal and ethical questions, including the propriety of the leader of the executive branch pursuing scorched-earth litigation against the very government he oversees.
The person who leaked the data wasn’t even an IRS employee, they were a contractor. Go after the company they worked through.
What a fucking scam
The talk: “How much taxpayer money should we steal?”
Take value P, which is how much we can statistically get away with, double it for PP, divide PP by the number of years litigation will take for N, realize that PP isn’t 2P It’s P^2, so that vaccines PE, now because it’s a crime we need to multiply by a negative, but because it’s a political person is a much smaller chance of getting caught, so it’s the square root of a negative, so i.
So Pe/Ni=$
Some thoughts:
- Why is he talking to the IRS about a lawsuit with his tax collection agency? Rhetorical question.
- Every other Pres ever has released their tax info publicly and willingly and he’s going scorched Earth to crucify the company that leaked it. And America decided this person was fit for President.
This isn’t about resolving anything. It’s a made up grievance because he figured out that he can sue the government and then order them to pay him. It’s just theft, plain and simple.
I did say it was rhetorical
So he paid no taxes, right?
I think something like $750
I cannot wait until his lips turn blue 🥰
FORTUNATELY we ELIMINATED my VA Benefits and my Child’s School Lunches and the Research going into my Wifes LIFE SAVING TREATMENT so we can Afford this Lawsuit!
-Republicans who HATE Corruption!
Trump’s lawyers are in talks with the IRS to resolve president’s $10B
lawsuittheftOh gosh, I wonder however this might get resolved. Surely this president is above paying himself a massive sum from the offices he oversees?
