    It’s not just Medicaid cuts. The pandemic decimated the health care system in general, so there are less resources overall. And states that are restricting abortions have seen the people working in obgyn / women’s health change fields, change positions, or move states due to those restrictions. And defunding Planned Parenthood just makes things even worse.

      additionally, Equity firms and teledoc companies are also buying up doctors, and some hospitals. and red states are paying out the ass for solictitng doctors, to even pratice in thier states, when they drive them away. doctors can make bank in a rural area, depending on the speciality
