Can you point me towards a source on the false flag theatrics? I assume you meant Trump, but all I can find is about a congressional campaign
I often dislocate a shoulder or hip in my sleep. I can dislocate a knee turning around or just taking steps. I wear a lot of compression and braces, but they only help so much lol
Bending your thumb to your wrist is one of the signs of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome
The families that had TV shows, podcasts, wrote books, and otherwise tried to monetize their Christianity are who are most snarked on. Sometimes they call someone a “minor fundie” if they just use IG or whatever to spread their views. The Bairds that I mentioned are Girl Defined. They wrote some books and guides on being a pure Christian teen or young adult woman, with some marriage advice sprinkled in. Now they’re married with kids and still trying to cling to what made them “famous”.
It started mostly with Quiverful families like the Duggars, and others that couldn’t get shows despite a ton of kids like the Rodriguez family. Most of these people do not take good care of their many children, the Collins kids have a lot of hospitalizations and injuries from neglect. But there’s also people with awful misogynistic views like The Transformed Wife who are snarked on.
I mostly was there for the wild admissions, like Bethany (Baird) Beal talking about using her husband’s toothbrush without his consent
The Bairds must be seething at this, spice was their (new) thing!
I’m a terrible human, but I deeply miss the Fundie snark sub reddit lol
He also said things about Trump that make me wonder why Trump thinks he’d be loyal.
That’s the wild thing. My friend has space for a community garden, and I spent a couple months after the election trying to plan out one large enough for our queer family. But no one besides her wanted to put the work in. One of the younger people said they didn’t think this presidency would be that bad. I’m in the middle of moving to a new city, but I’ve transitioned to having a wall of garden plants so I can share what little I can grow that way.
The denial is so strong among some people
I know someone who is the target demographic for Trump (white, evangelical, 50+ yo man), and refused to vote for him. However, he “couldn’t bring” himself to vote for Kamala.
It’s so stupid
Cory Booker is doing a great job with his protest speech. I started watching while he was talking about social security, and I’m so glad someone is talking about our fears in congress.
This isn’t even an issue of legality in Trump’s world. Trump is upset that Waltz has the number of a journalist that Trump doesn’t like, which apparently is an indication of disloyalty. So it’s still weird that he hasn’t just fired the man
What’s weird is that it didn’t seem like he put any thought into firing people during his first term
