Yeah the spaming at the start of the match is fairly common, but you just press f1-3 to mute the current people yelling and boom, never have to listen to them again. For the rest of the match at least.

Early 30s, I haven’t noticed much change for illness, joint pains slightly worse. But I have noticed a pretty significant heal time increase for cuts and scrapes. I find myself constantly going “why hasn’t that cut/scrape healed yet, it’s been like a week”.

If you want to have some fun with US regional accents , Baltimore is a classic.

“I read the magazines” isn’t clear on its own, but with other text it probably is.

No less than 8 spelling or grammar mistakes, and barely on topic.

I remember the last time I saw this it was just indoor testing. Glad to see some progress

Ahh I saw bazzite and was like, might as well be that one. I don’t know if I have a preference for immutable/atomic setups yet, but so far I’m enjoying it. Kde plasma is awesome, setting up my own key shortcuts is great, audio device management is super cool. Bazzite has a Bazzar for flatpaks built in with a bunch of cool gaming related stuff.

Well makes sense, steamos is arch based right?

Nah that’s like a bunch of Philippines in there too. The islands near the top of Australia
Hilarious to me that you learned to type from gamer-position, while l learned to game from typing position.

Right? If you Google “twin towers” half of the pics are of it burning.
It’s just the most common search, especially in English because more English speaking countries only know the location because of the event.

I would say the majority of Lemmy users are more tech savvy than the general population.
Techy people in general dislike Edge, because of a few reasons, (embedded browser, Microsoft affiliation, their injection of ads while looking at other browsers, ect)
A post that praises Edge in the title, true or not, reads as AstroTurfing from a major corporation for a product most Lemmy users don’t like.
It’s just the wrong audience, even if the post is true and relevant.

Oh there is absolutely a group that prints their own, and before that there were re-molds that were made based on the real ones.
From what I understand, (friends play) they aren’t allowed in “official” sponsored matches, so if you really want to compete big you have to have real armies. But also they have printed one of those $800 models because most people don’t have the cash to throw at stuff like that.
So I’m sure there are some diehard people that only think official models should be used but it doesn’t seem common.

If you like and want to buy a Tesla for reasons other than supporting Musk or his companies, I’d hear the argument. But there are better choices in vehicles for every reason I can think of, and expensive luxury electric vehicles can be had without it being a Tesla.
It’s just a tips and how-to on how to make your dishwasher work best. Run the sink tap until hot before you start, use cheap powder or gel soap, make sure to use the dispenser and use a bit of soap in the prewash cycle. Great channel though, very deep dives into technology, primarily home goods or oddities.
I have, very satisfying to watch such a well planned and executed level.
