I think its silly to expect legal states who were already disregarding federal law and supplanting it with their own state laws are suddenly going to start requiring prescriptions and FDA intevention for the same reason they won’t limit refils the same was schedule 3 demands. No one collecting tax revenue is going to change whats already working. Schedule 3 opens up legal financing options so dispensaries can start actually using banks and payment processors. It also gives the SC room to rule that Marijuana shouldn’t disqualify gun purchases, which in turn means being a gun owner caught with weed won’t be an instant felony. It’s a massive change to the whole industry in legal states.
