This is exactly how science works. It self corrects as new information becomes available.

Then the science isn’t done evaluating the opposing ideas. That’s the beauty of science, it can be proven wrong and still work.

When I first used the internet, it wasn’t called the internet, it was ARPAnet, and it was all text based forums and email. Websites hadn’t been invented yet.

Religion, because they all believe that they are the only ones who are right, and everyone else needs to believe what they believe, or else something bad will come of it.
