Edit: imo also give more autonomy to scotland, wales, cornwall and give north ireland back to ireland!
Cornwall would need to be attached to Wales in some way tbh, its economy is just too small otherwise unless it was turned into something akin to the Isle of Man. Giving norn iron back out of nowhere though is a absolutely awful idea and would cause a second troubles this time started by the protestants & orange men. IMO best thing to do with NI is create a co-dominion between Éire & the UK for it.
