President Donald Trump was evacuated from the White House Correspondents’ Dinner after multiple gunshots were heard in the ballroom.

One officer was shot, but he was “saved by the fact that he was wearing obviously a very good bulletproof vest,” Trump later told reporters at the White House.

The suspected shooter was identified later Saturday as Cole Allen of Torrance, California, a former senior law enforcement official briefed on the matter told MS NOW.

I’m betting this was all staged. Either that or Iran is trying to get him.

*Edit: Alternative Idea – what if this was one of his cultists who came to kill off the “fake news” media?

I find it disheartening how instantaneously people will run with a half baked conspiracy theory that at best is typically “somewhat possible”.

Besides the fact that we should actually want evidence to believe something, trump doesn’t really seem to think ahead, so yeah I don’t think he’s repeatedly staged his own assassination attempts.

      Trump doesn’t, but Miller does.

      Lets see.

      First dinner he’s ever attended.

white house leaks hes planning some big mic drop event.

several attendees have made statements about security being less than previous dinners. (Weird since its first time trumps attended, huh?)

Reporter tries to report on fox news about trump insiders telling her to be safe (before things even go down) and gets cut off mid sentance.

Someone still manages to get a gun through and gets juuuuust close enough to be a concern without being a threat.

A magically perfect opportunity to go on afterwards and justify the big golden ballroom he wants so bad.

Yeah, totally nothing to see here. Just some harmless coincidences, stop thinking so hard with your “conspiracies” and “theories”, libtards. /s

WOW. Yeah my first thought was staging too.

Does he think ahead? Of course not. But is this something some insecure 2-bit tinpot dictator would do in an attempt to self-legitimize? Well then of course he’s gonna copy that.

Hes also a creature of habit and repeats things for comfort, especially if it worked the first time (even if it never worked again afterwards, prime example being Venezuela, which lead to the quagmire of Iran, which isnt even resolved and already planning to attack cuba next)

Don’t forget the fully kitted out Call of Duty cosplayers that filed out in front shortly after training their AR’s over the crowd.

Yeah let’s not let pesky things like “what in fuck good would this do for trump?” Get in the way of throwing spaghetti at the wall!

        Be skeptical. Jesus Christ people.

I find starting wars and raping kids disheartening. I find it equally disheartening that it’s plausible someone would try to take attention away from those things by stirring up some shit.

… So I’m now an accomplice to Epstein because I… Don’t believe something without a shred of evidence?

Yeah, dunno what you are talking about, but I just can’t help but feel skeptical at this point, but I suppose it’s totally acceptable to not feel skeptical as well.

Skeptical means you haven’t reached a conclusion. Apparently I’m an idiot and a sheep for not reaching a conclusion. It’s the people who have done so who are the real skeptics!
